About Us:

We are a growing sports academy dedicated to developing the athletic skills and character of children aged 7-14. Our academy offers a fun, supportive, and challenging environment where young athletes can reach their full potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, online outreach, and networking
  • Communicate the value of our sports programs to potential customers
  • Build relationships with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns
  • Close membership sales and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Passion for sports and working with children
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
