Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Mechanical)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Plant, Machinery & Equipment Maintenance, including CNC Machine Maintenance
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Implement preventive and planned maintenance in a cost-effective and timely manner
• Handle breakdowns and maintenance emergencies efficiently
• Schedule maintenance team tasks based on production priorities
• Develop effective maintenance planning schedules in collaboration with other departments
• Provide guidance to production teams to prevent equipment misuse
• Ensure minimal downtime by coordinating maintenance activities with production and other departments
