Position: Store Keeper

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Maintain stock levels and place orders in a timely manner
• Track stock movements, receive, and inspect deliveries
• Store stock correctly, following health and safety standards
• Support restaurant operations for smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the restaurant industry and Arabic cuisine
