Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee customer service operations, communicate between departments, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in enhancing customer experience and streamlining service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with different departments to address customer needs efficiently
- Implement and oversee customer service policies and procedures
- Train and mentor customer service representatives
- Develop and maintain customer service process documentation
- Report on customer service performance and suggest improvements
- Resolve escalated customer issues and follow up on satisfactory outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to customer satisfaction strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably in Logistics
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service tools & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a passion for improving customer experiences
