We are hiring Retired Civil Engineers and Civil Supervisors in Bahrain for a variety of construction and infrastructure projects. These positions are perfect for individuals who want to continue contributing their expertise on flexible terms.

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Provide expert advice on engineering solutions, site assessments, and design.
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Review and approve construction plans, designs, and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and report on progress, challenges, and safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Retired Civil Engineer or Civil Supervisor with extensive experience in the field.
• In-depth knowledge of construction and engineering principles.
• Experience with project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Valid certifications and licenses where applicable.
• Must currently reside in Bahrain.
