Store Manager

Location: Manama, Bahrain (5-Star Resort)

A reputed 5-star resort in Bahrain is looking for a highly organized and efficient Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our on-site store operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for the safe and efficient storage, management, and distribution of a wide range of goods, including food and beverage supplies, housekeeping materials, engineering parts, guest amenities, and more.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and logistics.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), preferably with Prolific system experience or inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
