Job Opening: MEP Supervisor – Maintenance Supervisor in Manama, Bahrain

A leading company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor – Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of employees skilled in civil, masonry, joinery, painting, MEP, and HVAC trades
• Estimate, guide, and supervise minor renovation works either independently or with minimal supervision
• Calculate volume/metric measurements and estimate required materials
• Troubleshoot minor AC, MEP, electrical, and fire fighting issues to identify problems and propose solutions
• Supervise or perform preventative maintenance (monthly PPM) on electrical systems to prevent equipment failures and downtime
• Work as a charge hand to support civil, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing activities within the team
• Interact professionally with customers, addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing advice

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years minimum in a relevant or similar position
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Valid Bahrain or GCC driving license required
