AC Technician – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced AC Technician with expertise in Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and a basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning units, as well as addressing minor electrical and plumbing issues to ensure efficient HVAC system functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair AC systems and HVAC equipment.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure equipment efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Conduct PPM tasks, such as cleaning, changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring system performance.
• Handle service tasks under AMC agreements, providing timely, high-quality service to clients.
• Diagnose and repair AC issues, including refrigerant leaks, electrical malfunctions, and mechanical failures.
• Perform basic electrical tasks (e.g., wiring, fuse replacement) and minor plumbing work related to HVAC systems.
• Assist in system upgrades or modifications for improved efficiency or client requirements.
• Adhere to safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician, with knowledge of PPM, AMC, and minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in emergency repair situations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
