Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
• Manage bookings, ensuring smooth communication with hotels and airlines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized travel experiences.

Requirements:

• IATA Certification is a must.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in travel planning and booking.
• Strong knowledge of visas and hotel booking systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and deliver excellent service.
