A leading Real Estate Developer in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and spot emerging opportunities
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pricing plans
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching
  • Forecast sales and revenue
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Oversee all aspects of sales and leasing activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Property, Marketing, or Investments
  • 5–7 years of real estate industry experience in Bahrain (sales/marketing roles)

  • High computer literacy and excellent communication skills
