We are urgently seeking an experienced Personal Secretary (Female, Arabic-speaking) to provide administrative support to our executives. This position requires frequent travel across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and managers
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements across the GCC
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Handle various administrative tasks efficiently and on time
  • Assist with both personal and business-related tasks as needed
  • Travel across the GCC region for business meetings, events, and other responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Female, fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Ability to travel frequently within the GCC region
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Positive attitude, flexible, and able to work under pressure
