Job Description:

A well-established Lebanese bakery in Bahrain is looking for a Skilled Manakish & Pastry Chef to join our team.

Position: Manakish & Pastry Chef
Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of traditional Lebanese manakish (zaatar, cheese, lahm b’ajin, etc.)
• Create and develop new manakish and pastry recipes
• Bake high-quality pastries such as croissants, buns, and other savory items
• Operate stone ovens or saj with care and precision
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Work closely and effectively with the kitchen team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Bahrain
• Strong skills in Lebanese bakery and pastry preparation
• Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Good time management and team collaboration skills
• Clean, reliable, and professional work ethic
