We’re looking for a Software & Hardware Support Engineer to help users fix their tech problems. You will be the first point of contact, solving software and hardware issues and guiding users clearly.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and fix basic software and hardware problems.
- Help with user accounts, network issues, software installs, and device problems.
- Provide support by phone, email, or chat in a friendly way.
- Listen carefully to users to find the real problem.
- Record all issues and how you solved them.
- Pass on tougher problems to the right team.
- Keep learning about the latest tech tools and software.
What We Need From You:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or similar.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear and simple communication skills.
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards users.
- Comfortable using different software and operating systems.
Extra Points If You Have:
- A technical certification like A+.
- Experience working in a busy environment.
- Great writing and speaking skills.
