Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Middle Eastern grilled dishes, including Mashawi, kebabs, seafood, and appetizers
• Maintain consistent taste and presentation of all dishes
• Keep a clean and safe work environment following food safety rules
• Manage the grilling station and inventory

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grill Master or Mashawi Chef
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, meat cuts, and seafood preparation
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
