A reputable restaurant in Bahrain is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and lead the team.

Important: Only applicants currently living in Bahrain and eligible for local visa transfer will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
• Oversee shifts to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction
• Train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and compliance with health and safety rules
• Help maintain a positive and productive work environment

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in restaurants or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and hygiene
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
