Hiring: Multi-Tasking Supervisor (Prefer ALBA Ex – Mechanical Diploma Holder)

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to handle multiple tasks in a well-known manufacturing company in Manama.

Qualifications:

• Preferably holds a Mechanical Diploma
• Must have passed the following ALBA certifications:
  • PTW (Permit to Work)
  • HP (Hot Permit)
  • CP (Confined Space Permit)
• Must understand JSP (Job Safe Permit)
• NEBOSH certificate is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workers operating the crusher machine (on specific days each week)
• Oversee cleaning of machines and the factory (on specific days each week)
• Support the HSE department when needed, after proper training (on specific days each week)
• Take full responsibility to ensure all assigned work is completed correctly and safely
• This role includes various tasks and may evolve over time
