Job Summary:

A well-established real estate development and property management company in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage multiple construction projects, including high-rise buildings and villa developments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure all plans, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Manage daily construction site operations, making sure work follows the schedule, meets quality standards, and follows all safety rules.
  • Create and update project schedules using project management tools. Track project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams, promoting safe and efficient work practices.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues early and maintain high construction quality.
  • Handle change requests and variations to the original plan in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep open and clear communication with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors throughout the project.
  • Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and meeting summaries.
  • Enforce all health and safety guidelines on-site to prevent accidents or delays.
  • Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring everything is available when needed.
  • Solve unexpected challenges on-site quickly, using practical solutions to keep the project moving forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 10–15 years of hands-on experience in a similar role with Grade A or B construction companies.
  • Proven ability to set up and lead a new department or company from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of technical, financial, and administrative functions in construction.
  • Must come from a construction backgroundconsulting experience alone will not be considered.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects, including high-rise towers and villa developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 300+ workers.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to run full operations independently.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
