Job Summary:

We are hiring a Diploma Civil Engineer to support construction work for both residential and commercial buildings in Bahrain. The candidate must be able to communicate clearly in Hindi and English with site staff, clients, and labor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help plan, design, and supervise the construction and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring the work is done safely, correctly, and on time.
• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and workers to make sure everyone understands the project requirements.
• Follow all construction standards and help maintain quality control on-site.
• Support the team in solving basic site issues and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Must speak Hindi and English fluently to communicate with the site team and clients.
• Experience on construction sites is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
