Construction Supervisor

We are hiring a Construction Supervisor with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with workers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Ensure all work follows safety regulations and quality standards
• Track progress and report updates to project managers
• Assist in solving on-site issues and managing resources

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of construction supervision experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in managing site operations, timelines, and teams
• Must be reliable, organized, and ready to take initiative
