HR and Admin Assistant – Gudaibiya, Bahrain

Location: Exhibition Road / Gudaibiya, Bahrain
Position: HR and Admin Assistant
Type: Full-time (Local hire only – urgent requirement)

A reputed company in Bahrain is urgently hiring an experienced HR and Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Bahrain in a similar role
  • Knowledge of LMRA, GOSI, and other Bahrain labor and compliance regulations
  • Experience in payroll, HR budgeting, and document processing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents and employee files
  • Coordinate with engineers, store teams, and ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Prepare HR budgets, entitlements, provisions, and settlements

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage CPR renewals, visa processing, passport and residency permit updates
  • Oversee engineering card renewals and government documentation
  • Ensure smooth daily administrative operations

Insurance Management:

  • Handle policy renewals, claims, additions, and deletions
  • Maintain KYC documentation for medical and property insurance

Payroll Activities:

  • Monitor and verify attendance records
  • Cross-check payroll-related documents
  • Support payroll processing and final settlements
