Registered Nurse (School-Based) – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our school team in Manama starting 1 August 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position for local hires.

Job Summary

As a school nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of students. This role combines traditional medical care with holistic wellness practices, creating a supportive and caring environment for learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and handle daily health-related concerns
• Maintain and update student medical records
• Administer prescribed medications safely
• Support emotional regulation in partnership with the well-being team
• Use holistic health practices (e.g., mindfulness, rest spaces, nutrition tips) when appropriate
• Communicate with parents and local healthcare providers
• Promote hygiene, nutrition, and wellness across the school
• Assist in health awareness and education programs

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid license to practice in Bahrain
• Experience in pediatric care or school nursing is preferred
• Knowledge or interest in holistic healthcare methods
• Calm, empathetic, and able to work closely with children
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary & Benefits

• Pay range: BD 400 – BD 600 per month (based on experience)
