We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our jewelry store in Manama. If you’re professional, customer-focused, and have experience in retail sales, this could be the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry items.
• Share detailed product knowledge and offer personalized suggestions.
• Process sales accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Manage inventory and update records using Microsoft Excel.
• Handle customer questions and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure high visual merchandising standards.
• Handle high-value items with care and maintain customer confidentiality.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Proficient in using POS systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during busy seasons.
