We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our jewelry store in Manama. If you’re professional, customer-focused, and have experience in retail sales, this could be the right role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry items.
- Share detailed product knowledge and offer personalized suggestions.
- Process sales accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage inventory and update records using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle customer questions and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure high visual merchandising standards.
- Handle high-value items with care and maintain customer confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Proficient in using POS systems and Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during busy seasons.
