Plumbing Supervisor – Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring an experienced Plumbing Supervisor for a construction project in Manama. This is a full-time position for someone who can lead plumbing teams, manage systems, and ensure all work meets required safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Supervise plumbing technicians and subcontractors on job sites.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Review and interpret blueprints to plan installations and layouts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues during construction.
• Conduct final testing and inspection before project handover.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Manage schedules and coordinate plumbing work with other construction activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, including supervisory roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid plumbing license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use plumbing tools efficiently.
• Experience in the construction field is mandatory.
• Gulf experience is required.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
