Training Officer – Hospitality / Restaurant Sector – Manama, Bahrain

A leading fine dining restaurant chain in Bahrain is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Training Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in restaurant training, staff development, and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for restaurant staff, including service standards, food safety, and customer interaction.
• Identify training needs and develop learning plans tailored to various roles.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all training activities align with company goals and hospitality industry standards.
• Maintain training records and support continuous improvement efforts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in staff training within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
