Cook – Traditional Bahraini Breakfast & Dinner Cafeteria – East Riffa, Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced cook to join our small Bahraini cafeteria and restaurant in East Riffa. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing traditional Bahraini dishes for both breakfast and dinner.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional Bahraini breakfast items, such as samosas, sandwiches, and Zinjibari plates.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure consistency, taste, and quality of food.
• Assist in kitchen setup and preparation during peak hours.
• Follow safety and food handling standards.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in local Bahraini cuisine is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Open to flexible work hours; shift timings will be shared during the interview.
