We’re looking for a detail-oriented Aggregator Menu Coordinator to join our restaurant team in Manama, Bahrain (remote work option available). This role is ideal for someone with restaurant operations or food delivery platform experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Management: Update items, sizes, add-ons, categories, tags (e.g., veg, spicy, healthy), prep times, and availability.
- Photo Handling: Upload and replace food images based on app specifications. Maintain a shared image folder and follow up on rejections until accepted.
- Pricing & Promotions: Apply price changes, set up special offers or meal bundles, track promo dates, and confirm go-live status.
- Catalog Clean-up: Ensure no missing photos, no disabled items by mistake, consistent item names, Arabic translations, and allergen info where applicable.
- Change Logging & SLA: Track all menu edits. Minor updates must be same-day; full menu updates should go live within 24–48 hours.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports on views-to-orders conversion, average order value (AOV), cancellations, out-of-stock reasons, and promo performance. Suggest actionable improvements.
- Aggregator Coordination: Raise and follow up on support tickets with aggregator platforms and account managers.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant operations, admin, or menu coordination for food delivery apps.
- Hands-on experience with at least two aggregator platforms such as Talabat or Jahez.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic pivot tables).
- Basic image editing using Canva or Photoshop for resizing or cropping.
- Excellent written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
