About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Site Foreman with a background in carpentry, polish, and joinery work. If you have hands-on experience in site supervision and production, and you’re ready to lead a skilled team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise carpentry and joinery teams on-site and in the workshop
• Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams
• Track work progress, manage materials, and uphold safety standards
• Provide training and guidance to junior carpenters and workers
• Solve site-related issues quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in carpentry or joinery supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans
• Familiar with safety protocols and construction best practices
• Valid Bahrain work permit or willingness to relocate
