Civil Site Supervisor – 10 Years Bahrain Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of construction site supervision experience in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and workers
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly
• Manage teams and subcontractors efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of civil site supervision experience in Bahrain (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
