Spa Receptionist – Sofitel Bahrain, Manama

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join the team at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests warmly, manage spa bookings, and ensure an exceptional experience that reflects Sofitel’s high standards of luxury and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet spa guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a personalized welcome
• Manage reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up calls using spa booking software
• Maintain detailed knowledge of spa treatments, wellness products, and current promotions
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and records
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean, calm, and well-stocked with brochures and amenities
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Coordinate schedules with therapists and spa staff to manage service flow
• Promote spa retail products and help achieve monthly sales targets
• Address guest concerns with empathy and discretion, escalating when needed
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environments
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and spa reservation software (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask calmly
• Impeccable grooming and a warm, engaging personality
• Knowledge of wellness, skincare, and luxury spa services preferred
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
