Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage front desk operations and appointment scheduling
- Handle basic administrative tasks and office support
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Polite, well-groomed, and organized
- Must be currently based in Bahrain
