Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist gym members and walk-in guests
- Handle questions about gym memberships, packages, and services
- Process new registrations, renewals, and payments
- Manage front desk tasks including phone calls, emails, and bookings
- Monitor daily check-ins and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and professional
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with common tools
- Professional, responsible, and punctual
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
