Senior HR Manager – Manama, Bahrain

A growing company in the medical and environmental sectors is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead its human resources strategy. This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong HR background and a passion for building high-performing, people-focused organizations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, training, and compliance
• Align HR strategy with business goals to support company growth
• Ensure full compliance with Bahrain labor laws and global HR best practices
• Develop and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and procedures
• Advise company leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR management role
• Strong knowledge of HR regulations in Bahrain
• Experience in multi-sector companies, startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus
• Proven ability in leadership, communication, and strategic HR planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
