A growing company in the medical and environmental sectors is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead its human resources strategy. This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong HR background and a passion for building high-performing, people-focused organizations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, training, and compliance
- Align HR strategy with business goals to support company growth
- Ensure full compliance with Bahrain labor laws and global HR best practices
- Develop and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Advise company leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR management role
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations in Bahrain
- Experience in multi-sector companies, startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Proven ability in leadership, communication, and strategic HR planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
