Boom Loader Operator – Construction Site Jobs in Bahrain

A leading construction company in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Boom Loader Operator to support our daily site operations. We’re looking for someone skilled in handling heavy equipment and construction materials with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the boom loader safely at various construction sites
• Load, unload, and move materials and machinery around the site
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
• Follow site safety protocols and machine operating procedures
• Work closely with the site supervisor and logistics team
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately

Requirements:

• Valid Boom Loader Operator license or certification
• 4 to 6 years of experience operating boom loaders or similar heavy machines (GCC experience preferred)
• Familiarity with construction site safety and equipment handling standards
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for long hours
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus
• Must hold a valid GCC heavy vehicle driver’s license
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
