Job Opening: Civil Site Supervisor – Construction (Indian Male)

A well-known construction company in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities. This role is open to Indian male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to follow construction plans.
• Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Track material usage and report progress to senior management.
• Solve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar civil construction supervisory role.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Age Range: 28 to 32 years.
• Preferred Nationality: Indian (male).

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: BHD 250 to BHD 300 (based on experience).
• Benefits: Free accommodation, medical coverage, insurance, and air ticket (once every 2 years).
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day.
