• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a hostess in a high-volume restaurant or lounge
• Skilled in managing guest reservations and organizing table seating
• Able to greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
• Strong knowledge of hospitality etiquette and customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming guests and manage waitlists
• Handle reservations and walk-ins using a table management system
• Ensure smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
• Communicate clearly with the service team
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the entrance
