Position:

Operations Supervisor – Hospitality Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise manpower deployment across multiple service areas: cleaning, stewarding, F&B, and facility contracting
• Coordinate staff scheduling and duty rosters for assigned sites
• Maintain accurate attendance records and oversee staff accommodation and transportation
• Conduct daily grooming checks and provide on-site staff training when needed
• Manage existing client accounts and ensure timely contract renewals
• Build client relationships and develop new business through market networking
• Collaborate with the accounts team to gather attendance data and assist with client invoicing
• Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day site operations

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the hospitality or facility management industry
• Background in operations and sales
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Bahrain’s hospitality market and client development
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain
• Ready for immediate mobilization
