Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth progress
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules
• Identify potential project delays and recommend solutions
• Develop and update recovery schedules when needed
• Ensure all planning activities comply with contract terms and company policies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in planning for construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
