Sales Executive – Lifting and Rigging Equipment

A well-established manufacturing company in Bahrain is hiring a Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on handling sales operations and expanding our reach in the lifting and rigging industry, both in local and export markets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day sales operations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Explore and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally
• Deliver product demonstrations and training when needed
• Support compliance with quality and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) systems

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience in the lifting and rigging field
• Previous experience in the GCC region is preferred
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, tools, and accessories
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Business is a plus
• Familiar with international standards such as BS, EN, and ASME
• Experience working with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
• Understanding of HSE management systems is an advantage
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); Arabic is a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and ERP software
• Must hold a valid GCC driving license
