About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. You’ll manage the full recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles across different departments. If you’re experienced in LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and working with job portals like Naukri, Bayt, and Indeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
• Coordinate with department heads to develop and implement hiring plans
• Manage screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting techniques
• Familiarity with ATS systems and major job boards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Background in recruiting for real estate, construction, or technical roles is a plus
