Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in high-rise construction? A reputable company in Bahrain is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join its team. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs, preparing estimates, and supporting construction teams from planning through project completion.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material estimates using architectural and structural drawings
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents
• Review subcontractor quotes and support procurement activities
• Monitor and control project budgets, cash flows, and cost forecasts
• Prepare and certify interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts
• Collaborate with site engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Keep accurate records of all project costs and contract documentation
• Ensure compliance with project contracts, specifications, and construction standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
• 4 to 6 years of experience working on large-scale or high-rise construction projects
• Solid understanding of construction materials, contract management, and project workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying tools such as CostX, Primavera, or Candy
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
