We are urgently hiring an experienced Executive Secretary for a top contracting company in Bahrain.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 500 to 600 BHD
- Transportation and additional benefits included
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably in the construction industry within the GCC
- Excellent English communication and drafting skills
- Proficient in MS Office and back-office software such as ERP
- Strong knowledge of office management, basic accounting, and industry-specific technical terms
- Familiar with research methods and report preparation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-groomed with a professional personality (preferred)
- Degree in Business Administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, board meetings, and conferences
- Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes
- Receive, screen, and redirect phone calls appropriately
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
- Secure and manage confidential documents
- Assist with invoicing, financial statements, and bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records
- Conduct research and prepare presentations and reports as needed
