Recruitment Manager – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in LinkedIn headhunting, sourcing candidates through job portals, and managing the full recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
  • Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job portals (such as Naukri, Indeed, Bayt), referrals, and headhunting
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with department heads
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, shortlisting, and salary negotiations
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for management
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and headhunting methods
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and regional or international job portals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience recruiting for real estate, construction, or technical roles is a plus
