- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and provide local information
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic concerns politely
Experience Required:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
