Project Engineer – Riffa, Bahrain

We are hiring a Project Engineer with HVAC expertise to join our team in Riffa, Bahrain. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review HVAC designs and ensure project execution aligns with site requirements.
• Check site work quality and enforce standards for materials, tools, and workmanship.
• Install and supervise HVAC systems including VRF, package units, DX units, and ventilation fans.
• Handle a variety of projects such as villas, multi-story buildings, commercial buildings, warehouses, and hospitals.
• Prepare site letters, applications for payment, and follow up on payments.
• Review HVAC documents, supplier drawings, and material specifications for compliance.
• Coordinate with site teams, attend meetings with consultants and clients, and manage project progress.
• Ensure manpower management, safety compliance, and quality control on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and basic design principles.
• Familiarity with ISHRAE and AMCA standards.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
