We are looking for a skilled Admin & HR Executive to join our group of companies in Manama, Bahrain. This role involves supporting the CEO, managing HR processes, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO.
  • Handle all visa applications and renewals.
  • Manage monthly payments for LMRA and GOSI.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Process company registration (CR) renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of LMRA and GOSI procedures.
