Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, documents, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Support daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a related role in Bahrain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Male candidates only.
Salary: 180–220 BHD (depending on experience)
