Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Garde Manger to join our culinary team. You will prepare, present, and store cold kitchen items including salads, dressings, canapés, sandwiches, and buffet displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, and buffet items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Work efficiently during high-volume catering operations and large events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section.
• Report shortages and assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Garde Manger or Cold Kitchen Commis, preferably in catering or large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of cold kitchen techniques, food safety, and food presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak catering seasons.
