A company in Gudubiya, Manama is looking for Nepali candidates to join as a Labour cum Salesman. This role combines warehouse duties with retail sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Labour Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and storage area.
• Stock shelves and arrange products following display standards.
• Assist in inventory checks and report shortages or damages.

Sales Duties

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to increase sales.
• Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.
• Meet sales targets and promote new or seasonal products.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or warehouse work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Good communication skills with polite behaviour.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
