About the Role

ADN is hiring a Business Development Executive to expand partnerships with building owners, facility managers, and real estate stakeholders. The role focuses on promoting ADN’s premium services, including car washing, auto detailing, sofa cleaning, and apartment cleaning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with building owners, property managers, and real estate developers.
• Promote ADN’s services and secure new onboarding agreements.
• Maintain long-term business relationships to support recurring contracts.
• Visit residential and commercial buildings to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent ADN at exhibitions, networking events, and community programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (facility management or service industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid Bahrain driving license and own car (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of facility management, cleaning services, or real estate is an advantage.
