Urgent Hiring – Carpenter Manager – Manama, Bahrain

A company in Manama, Bahrain is urgently seeking an experienced Carpenter Manager to lead and manage carpentry projects. Candidates must be currently in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install wooden structures, including roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work.
• Design and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation.
• Add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
• Select lumber by size and strength to suit each project and client’s budget and style.
• Calculate the number of fasteners required for each job.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and construction professionals.
• Read and interpret blueprints and designs to work according to specifications and building codes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter manager or senior carpenter.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking, furniture design, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team efficiently.
• Must be available locally in Bahrain.

Salary & Working Hours:

• Salary: 700–800 BHD per month.
• Working hours: 8 hours/day, 26 days/month.
